Cathedral of the Incarnation
 was proud to
help build someone's dream!

To make this dream a reality the Cathedral Parishioners were challenged
 to donate $47,500 - they raised $52,275.

There were 8 Days of Construction that happened
over
four weekends in October. Over 200 people gave of their time and talents to create a new home for
Nita Jones.

Please take a few minutes to see first hand what the Cathedral Parish created and make sure to volunteer next year for this amazing experience!

BLESS THIS HOUSE

Father Pat Kibby, pastor of the Cathedral of the Incarnation in Nashville, blesses the new home of Nita Jones, left. Parishioners from the Cathedral raised $47,500 to pay for Jones’ new Habitat for Humanity home and then volunteered through the month of October to build the home. Jones, surrounded by family and friends, cut the ribbon for her new home on Sunday, Oct. 23. The home is located in Providence Park, a subdivision of Habitat homes developed by the Nashville Area Habitat for Humanity. Jones, who has Multiple Sclerosis, works as an in-home health care aide through the Wade Nursing Registry. Under the Habitat program, families pay a mortgage on their home as well as contribute sweat equity in helping to build their home and the homes of other Habitat families.
